Have you graduated from a Dutch HBO or did you obtain a bachelor鈥檚 degree from a Dutch university? And would you like to enroll in a master鈥檚 program at 黑料福利网? Your prior education has to be appropriate in order to be admitted, but what if your prior education isn鈥檛 suitable? You can make up for this by completing a pre-master鈥檚 program.  

Why continue studying?

After completing your bachelor鈥檚 degree, you鈥檒l be facing the choice of whether to continue studying or to apply for a job. There are several reasons why you might choose a (pre-)master鈥檚 program:

• You would like to combine the best of both worlds: the practical knowledge of an HBO program with the academic skills gained at university.
• You would like to deepen your knowledge by taking a master鈥檚 that corresponds to your bachelor鈥檚 or to broaden your knowledge by taking a master鈥檚 with a slightly different approach.
• You are interested in the scientific world and might want to apply for a PhD or EngD program. In these programs, you鈥檒l be educated to become a researcher or a technological designer.

Every master鈥檚 has its own program

Every master鈥檚 program has its own pre-master鈥檚 program, which consists of 30 ECTS from courses and will take you six months to a year. Completing a pre-master鈥檚 program doesn鈥檛 give you a bachelor鈥檚 degree. Instead, you will receive admission to the corresponding master鈥檚 degree program.
