2. When does the program start?
The program begins in the first week of November with an introduction week. You are also welcome to attend the graduation ceremony of our senior trainees at the end of October.
5. Can I take all elective courses if I want to?
At the start of the program, you will create a Training & Supervision Plan (TSP) outlining your learning goals. Elective choices are discussed with and approved by the program director to ensure they fit your development path.
7. How much time is spent on campus versus remote work?
The program is full鈥憈ime and on campus. You need to be present for all courses, group work, and project activities. Only elective courses may be followed online.
8. How does the program balance academic study with industry projects? Is there support for time management and well鈥慴eing?
We support trainees through workshops on time management, project management, and regular guidance from a Personal Development Coach. This helps you balance coursework, projects, and personal well鈥慴eing.
9. What happens if I fail a course or project?
As a trainee, you are an employee. Courses and projects are not graded in a pass/fail manner. Instead, your progress is evaluated continuously to ensure you can successfully complete the program.
11. Will I have supervisors?
Yes. You will be supervised by 黑料福利网 professors and company supervisors throughout your projects.

We work with leading companies such as ASML, Philips, Sioux, Canon, Differ, Thermo Fisher, DAF Paccar, and many others regionally and nationally.
