Gerelmaa Battsetseg is a professional with a M.Sc. in Computer Science, specializing in Data Science, from E枚tv枚s Lor谩nd University (2025) and a B.Sc. in Software Engineering from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology (2018). Her research focused on 鈥淎ugmenting Limited Tabular Clinical Trial Datasets for Improved Data Quality and Utility,鈥 which explored data augmentation techniques to enhance clinical trial data quality, as well as 鈥淎pplication of Software Cloud Services and Their Security Solutions.鈥

During her seven years of professional experience, she has worked as a Software Project Manager, overseeing projects from system implementation through customer delivery, and as a Software Engineer at both a Japanese technology firm and the telecommunications company Ericsson in Hungary, alongside her graduate studies. Her interests and expertise lie in Software Architecture, Project Management, and Data Science, with a strong passion for applications in the MedTech sector.

Konstantinos Chanioglou earned his Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Ioannina, Greece, completing his thesis on Haptic Telemanipulation Using Kinematically Dissimilar Robots in 2020. He subsequently worked as a freelance developer, creating web-based applications for private companies, and later spent two years at Accenture as an Application Development Analyst, where he was responsible for the customization and end-to-end development of CRM projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.

In 2023, he joined the MSc in Computer Science and Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology (黑料福利网), specializing in System Design and Architecture. His master鈥檚 thesis at Philips, titled 鈥淒esigning an Evolvable Clinical Workflow System,鈥 proposed a flexible system architecture capable of adapting to evolving requirements while preserving architectural integrity. During his studies, he also contributed to technology transfer and innovation projects at TU Delft, identifying market opportunities for research-driven technologies. His current focus is on system design, architecture, and project management for complex, large-scale high-tech systems, combining strong technical expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Fuad Mahmudov obtained his Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Information Technology from Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University in 2023. After graduation, he worked as a Software Engineer and later as a Lead Software Engineer at Unibank, where he designed secure microservice-based banking systems and data-processing pipelines.

He completed the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master鈥檚 program in Cybersecurity (CYBERUS), studying at the University of Luxembourg, Universit茅 Bretagne Sud, and Tallinn University of Technology. Fuad is currently an EngD candidate in Software Technology at Eindhoven University of Technology, with research interests in secure software architectures, DevSecOps, and automated security testing. In his free time, he enjoys chess, basketball, and water sports.

Muhammad Sharjeel Maqsood completed his Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Computer Science at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Pakistan. He was later awarded the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship for the SE4GD (Software Engineers for the Green Deal) master鈥檚 program, which emphasizes software engineering with a strong focus on sustainability.

Through this program, he earned a joint Master鈥檚 degree in Software Technology and Computer Science from the University of L鈥橝quila (Italy), Lappeenranta University of Technology (Finland), and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (The Netherlands). His master鈥檚 thesis focused on streamlining sustainability reporting processes for software companies to comply with ESRS and CSRD requirements.

Professionally, he has completed multiple internships in software development using modern web frameworks and contributed to projects involving scalable web applications and business intelligence dashboards. He is passionate about developing high-tech software systems and architecting complex solutions, while also striving to strengthen interpersonal and leadership skills essential for engineering roles in the high-tech industry.

Saptarshi Mondal received his Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 2023. In 2025, he earned a Master鈥檚 degree in Computer Science, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, from the University of Southern California. Following his graduation, he worked for several months at an indie game company in Los Angeles, California.

His academic background and professional experience are primarily focused on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, data analytics, and backend engineering. His current interests also include system architecture and large-scale software systems.

Tim Htet Yan Oo earned his Bachelor鈥檚 degree from the University of California, San Diego, in 2021. After graduation, he volunteered as a Computer Science tutor for high school students through the Microsoft TEALS program. He later continued his education at Eindhoven University of Technology, where he completed his Master鈥檚 degree in 2025.

His master鈥檚 thesis proposed a novel visual analytics solution for exploring dynamic brain connectivity, aimed at identifying biomarkers to support the diagnosis of neuropsychiatric disorders. After graduation, Htet Yan began his professional career in the Netherlands as an IT auditor and later transitioned into a software developer role at a compliance-focused start-up.

With a strong multidisciplinary background, he aims to further develop his technical, design, project leadership, and team management skills. His interests include cutting-edge innovation in European industries, particularly semiconductors, healthcare, and banking, alongside a strong passion for the video game industry and computer graphics.

Victor Petre completed his Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge in 2022, with a focus on cognitive neuroscience and experimental psychology. Motivated by the intersection of technology and human cognition, he moved to The Netherlands to pursue a Master鈥檚 degree in Artificial Intelligence at Radboud University, graduating cum laude in 2025.

Throughout his studies, he explored diverse AI topics, including medical imaging architectures, spiking neural networks for neuromorphic hardware, and optimization theory. His master鈥檚 thesis investigated the feasibility and potential benefits of approximate second-order optimization methods for training deep neural networks. He is currently focused on deploying software and AI solutions in real-world settings, with strong motivation for approaches that combine rigorous scientific foundations with hands-on engineering practice.

Saumya Roy is an EngD trainee in Software Technology, focused on architecting business solutions that integrate machine learning and deep learning models into robust software ecosystems. With a strong background in Data Science and AI, including hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Saumya aims to bridge advanced AI capabilities with practical software engineering.

His technical interests span Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs, Computer Vision, and AI Agents. He is particularly driven to apply these technologies in high-impact domains, including Space Technology, Augmented Reality (AR), AI-driven game development, wildlife conservation, and climate change and sustainability solutions.

He is also deeply interested in Cognitive Digital Twins, viewing them as a powerful intersection between intelligent models and complex real-world systems. His approach is grounded in a strategic, big-picture mindset, complemented by a strong commitment to empathetic leadership, holistic professional growth, and delivering precise, scalable solutions to complex business challenges.

Kourosh Sajjadi completed his Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Computer Engineering, with a focus on Software Engineering, at Islamic Azad University of Najafabad, Iran. He then earned his Master鈥檚 degree in Computer Engineering, specializing in Data Science, from the University of Pavia, Italy.  During his bachelor鈥檚 studies, he worked as a .NET Software Developer at Kasra Co., delivering software solutions for access control management, and gained early experience as a Scrum Master. While pursuing his master鈥檚 degree, he participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Eindhoven University of Technology and simultaneously interned at Kropman (Netherlands), where he developed a text-mining solution.

His master鈥檚 thesis, 鈥淢alware Classification Using Deep Learning鈥, contributed to the application of deep learning techniques in cybersecurity. Most recently, he worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Padua, Italy, where he co-developed a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system for the Padua courthouse.

Kay Verbruggen received both his Bachelor鈥檚 and Master鈥檚 degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology. During his Master鈥檚 program, he specialized in algorithms and visualization. His master鈥檚 thesis focused on the development of a visual analytics tool to support the analysis of resource utilization in business processes.

Kay is motivated by the ambition to create software that adds meaningful value to people鈥檚 lives. Outside of his professional interests, he enjoys photography and attending concerts.
