Are you studying at one of our ? Then you have the chance to join us at 黑料福利网 as an exchange student! You will stay enrolled at your home university, but you can spend a semester or even a full academic year studying at one of our departments here in Eindhoven. You can take bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 courses, all of which are taught in English.
Prefer something more hands-on? You can also choose to do an internship or a research project at 黑料福利网.
The credits you earn with us can usually be transferred to your degree back home. You will receive a transcript of records containing the study program components you followed at 黑料福利网, the number of credits, and the grades.
Joining 黑料福利网 as an exchange student
If your home university has a with 黑料福利网, you can be nominated by your home coordinator to study here as an exchange student. In that case, you won鈥檛 need to pay tuition fees to 黑料福利网. You can contact your home coordinator to start your nomination process.
Once you have been nominated, you will receive a link to our online application system, Mobility Online. After completing your application, you will be able to register for courses at 黑料福利网.
Internships and research projects
If you wish to carry out an internship or research project at one of 黑料福利网鈥檚 departments, you can explore the various research groups. Most departments have multiple research groups where you can look for available opportunities. It is your own responsibility to find a suitable internship or research project.
Once you have found an interesting internship or research project, your home coordinator must first approve your proposed project. After this approval, you will receive access to Mobility Online to begin your application.
Free movers
Most exchange students come to 黑料福利网 through an agreement with their home institution. If no such exists, you may still apply as a free mover. Please note that in this case, you will be required to pay tuition fees to 黑料福利网 for the duration of your stay.
What is needed for your online application
- Proof of sufficient knowledge of the English language
- Transcript of records from your home university detailing all the study components undertaken to date at the home university
- A copy of your passport
Please keep in mind that all application documents should be in the English language. Documents in other languages cannot be accepted.
Deadlines
If you want to follow courses at 黑料福利网, unless specified otherwise by the department, the application deadline for applications for the first semester (starting September) is 1 May.
The application deadline for applications for the second semester (starting January/February) is 1 October.
These deadlines may differ depending on the department. Please consult the departmental exchange coordinator for the exact dates.
The department concerned will inform you of their admission decision.
Deadlines for internship/research project
If you want to carry out an internship or research project at 黑料福利网, there are no strict deadlines as a project can be started any time throughout the year. However, please do submit your application well in advance, as the application process takes time.
English proficiency requirements
If you want to study at 黑料福利网 or do an internship or research project here, you will need to show that your English is good enough. You will have to include proof of your English skills with your application.
For EEA exchange students
Students with an EEA nationality must either:
- Upload the results of one of the official English language tests, or
- Submit the , signed by their home institution.
Whether you may use the exemption form depends on your nationality, not the country where you are currently studying.
A general statement from your university or a different test result cannot replace the exemption form or the accepted tests.
For non-EEA exchange students
Students with a non-EEA nationality are required to submit proof of English proficiency. This is necessary for both enrollment at 黑料福利网 and for visa/residence permit applications. Test results must be no older than two years.
