After a long journey, you鈥檝e finally arrived and are ready to begin an exciting chapter at 黑料福利网 and in the vibrant city of Eindhoven. Before you can fully dive into your new adventure, there are still a few important things to take care of.

Once you arrive in Eindhoven, make sure to check in with your department鈥檚 exchange coordinator. They will give you a quick introduction and go over any practical info you need to know.

If you are here for a research project or internship, don鈥檛 forget to let your supervisor know you have arrived too! 

Before you arrive, you will get an email with your 黑料福利网 email address and  login details, our student information system that keeps a record of all your administration. Once you have those, upload a passport-style photo so your student card can be made.

• If you鈥檝e registered a Dutch address in Osiris, your card will be sent to you by mail.
• If you鈥檝e registered a non-Dutch address, you鈥檒l get an email when your card is ready for pickup at the central reception in Atlas.

If you will stay in the Netherlands for more than four months, you are required to register as a resident at the municipality of the city where you will live. For most exchange students, this registration will take place at the municipality of Eindhoven.

If 黑料福利网 applies for your visa and/or residence permit, we will arrange for you to receive your residence permit card in Eindhoven.

Some non-EU/EEA students may need a tuberculosis test for their residence permit. If this applies to you, the International Office will arrange an appointment with the Municipal Health Service (GGD) shortly after your arrival in the Netherlands. 

Once you鈥檝e taken care of the necessary formalities, it鈥檚 time to explore Eindhoven as a student city. Discover your neighbourhood, campus and local facilities, and get to know the city鈥檚 vibrant student life. Eindhoven offers a welcoming and international environment where you can quickly feel at home.
