Complete your enrollment: submit your previous education documents

To finalize your enrollment at 黑料福利网, we need to verify your previous education documents. These documents include your official transcript(s) and your diploma (or proof that you are eligible to graduate). The steps you need to take depend on whether you have already graduated or are still completing your previous education.

I have not graduated yet.聽

You are still completing your previous education and your graduation date is in the future. After graduation, you need to submit your documents before 31 August to finalize your enrollment.鈫� Read what you need to do.

I have received confirmation that my admission requirements are met.

If you have already received an email from 黑料福利网 with the subject: 鈥淩equirements for (conditional) admission to 黑料福利网 are met鈥� you do not need to submit or show your previous education documents again. 鈫� No further action is needed for your previous education documents. Just make sure to confirm your enrollment in Osiris when prompted by the system.

 

Keep your important documents with you when travelling to the Netherlands

Even if you have already submitted your documents to 黑料福利网, it is always good practice to bring important documents with you when moving to another country.

You may need these documents for other official procedures, such as registering at the municipality or arranging practical matters after your arrival. We recommend bringing:

Required documents:

  • Valid passport: mandatory for non-EU/EEA students or ID (NOT a driver's licence. You need to bring the original document, not a photocopy of the document. If you have multiple nationalities, please bring proof of this in the form of a passport or ID card.
  • Rental contract or proof of address: must have started at the time of your appointment 
  • Verified birth certificate. In some cases, your document may need to be legalized and/or translated. Documents not in Dutch, English, French, or German must be translated into one of these languages. For legalization requirements, check the  website.
  • Official diploma(s) & transcrips - even if you have already submitted in Osiris you must bring them with you.鈥�

Non-EU/EEA students:

  • IND approval letter* or your Dutch residence permit card. * You will receive the IND approval letter from 黑料福利网 by email once your residence permit application has been approved.
