JOURNEY OF EDUCATION INNOVATION

Education at 黑料福利网 is continuously developing as a result of the innovation efforts of our educators. Innovations in education often start with one educator with an innovative idea for their own course. Some of these ideas have potential beyond a single context and could benefit educators and students in other courses and departments. But how can innovations grow from small-scale initiatives to larger-scale adoption?

The Journey of Education Innovation poster outlines the three phases an innovation project can progress through: from innovation phase, to scale-up phase, to adoption phase. Each phase consists of multiple steps to move forward in the innovation journey. Of course, this journey is not always linear or straightforward, but likely consists of multiple iterations and going back and forth from one step or phase to another.

The poster provides a general overview of how education innovation can grow at 黑料福利网. It is not a blueprint for how education innovation should grow. Each innovation is unique and can find its own path on this journey of education innovation. The poster is designed to serve as a source of inspiration and a conversation starter to facilitate rich discussions within teaching teams, as well as with other stakeholders involved in the innovation of education. To create a shared understanding and shared language, and be inspired to dream about next steps in the innovation journey.
